What is Beyond the OR?
Beyond the OR is a website I created to learn more about surgery and the medical field. I’ve been interested in becoming a surgeon, and I wanted a place where I could explore that interest and share what I learn. On this website, I’ll talk about different surgical specialities, new technology being used in medicine, and what it’s like to have a career in surgery. I hope to keep adding to Beyond the OR as I learn more and become more involved in the medical field.
